I engage the users and stakeholders in complex organizations to leverage existing knowledge resources, technologies, and the talents and energies of employees.

I use various methods to assist in making sense of hard problems in the organization, facilitate solution development, and to motivate change in the context of a going-forward framework for action.

Operational and Client Experience
Organizational network analysis. Identify, map, and facilitate interventions targeted at improving organizational performance through leverage of informal social networks

Knowledge Management. Assessment, strategy, architecture, implementation, and stakeholder management

Community and Collaboration Design and Development. Design and implement communities of practice; design and manage pilot programs for deployment of collaboration system software.

Information architecture, writing, and communication. I complete all of my projects with clearly written and articulate summaries of the organizational context, work completed and to be done, and the operational principles, best practices, and external benchmarks needed for the client to be successful.
